Age
18 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 80 years; 2. Patients with tracheal intubation and mechanical ventilation; 3. Imaging studies suggest that there are obvious lesions (including but not limited to consolidation, patches, nodules, masses, cavities, etc.) or diffuse interstitial lung disease of unknown cause in the outer bands of both lungs; 4. No pulmonary etiology or etiological basis was found in routine examination, or the patient's pulmonary disease progression could not be explained by existing clinical data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient or family member refuses to participate; 2. The blood oxygen partial pressure under optimal mechanical ventilation is less than 60mmHg; 3. Platelets 1.5, or FIB < 1 g/L; 4. Pregnant patients; 5. Other conditions that the clinician thinks cannot be punctured.
