Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent elective breast cancer surgery in Weifang People's Hospital and were diagnosed with breast cancer; 2. ASA classification I-II; 3. 18-65 years old; 4. BMI 18.5-30 kg/m^2; 5. Sign the informed consent for anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are allergic to ketamine and any components of this product; 2. Patients with schizophrenia, history of drug use and severe depression; 3. Serious heart, liver, lung, kidney, and brain diseases; 4. Long-term sedative and analgesic drug use history and allergic history.
