Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 2-7 years, male or female; 2. Urological children undergoing laparoscopic surgery under elective general anesthesia, ASA I-II grades.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of preoperative chronic pain; 2. History of neuropsychiatric disease; 3. History of craniotomy; 4. Have serious cardiovascular disease; 5. Drug dependence; 6. Significant arrhythmia; 7. Pacemaker implantation; 8. Treatment with vasoactive drugs during data collection as well as any intraoperative treatment with ketamine, beta-blockers or any other drug suspected of interacting with sympathetic balance.
