Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients meet the condition experimental standards and sign the informed consent; 2. The age is between 18 and 85 years old, and the gender is not limited; 3. Persistent atrial fibrillation unresponsive to drug therapy; 4. Severe atrioventricular block; 5. Class I or II indications for CRT implantation: cardiac function class II-III (NYHA classification), QRS time limit >= 130 ms, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) <= 35%, and adequate drug treatment is ineffective. heart failure, etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Baseline valvular heart disease, acute coronary syndrome, coronary revascularization therapy within 3 months, myocarditis within 6 months, severe liver or renal failure or life expectancy less than 1 year; 2. Those who are allergic to anesthetic drugs and conventional treatment of heart failure drugs; 3. Patients with severe mental illness; 4. Patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 5. Incomplete follow-up data or lost to follow-up.
