Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Women of reproductive age who are sexually active and pre-menopausal, 18 to 50 years of age, within 14 days before menstruation; 2.Voluntarily cooperate and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as malignant ulcer complicated with pyloric obstruction, bleeding and perforation; 2. Associated with vaginal infectious disease or malignant tumor within the past 1 month; 3. Patients with severe underlying diseases such as coronary heart disease, liver disease, and kidney disease; 4. Those who have taken proton pump inhibitors or H2 receptor blockers, bismuth and antibiotics before 4 weeks; 5. Those taking non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or alcoholism at the same time; 6. Patients with other gastric diseases; patients with malignant tumors, immune, blood system and infectious diseases; 7. Those who are allergic to probiotics or cannot take it orally; 8. Women during menstruation, pregnancy and lactation; 9. Patients who are taking oral contraceptives with high estrogen content and oophorectomy patients.
