Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of "Adhesive Capsulitis" in the 2013 APTA Orthopaedic Group Clinical Practice Guidelines; 2. Aged 40-65 years, gender is not limited; 3. Complaints of shoulder pain and limited mobility within 3 months; 4. Unilateral shoulder pain, left and right are not limited; 5. Those who understand the content of the informed consent form, sign it voluntarily, and strictly abide by the research protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with primary diseases of other systems or even serious life-threatening; 2. Persons with infectious diseases or serious infections; 3. Patients with diabetes, hypothyroidism, and coagulation disorders;? 4. Allergic, breastfeeding or pregnant women; 5. Patients with severe mental illness, such as depression, schizophrenia, epilepsy, etc.
