30 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female patients aged 40-75 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease; 3. Before the study, the patients themselves or their legal representatives had signed the Informed Consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Takayasu arteritis; 2. During pregnancy or breastfeeding; 3. Abnormal liver function (more than 5.0 times the upper limit of normal); 4. Patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) or respiratory failure; patients with a history of bleeding in the gastrointestinal tract, respiratory tract or other organs within the past month; patients with severe infection; patients with severe weakness, such as cachexia; patients with malignant tumors; neurological mentally ill persons; 5. Patients with other diseases that are not suitable for participating in clinical research; 6. Oral antibiotics in the past 3 months.
