Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged >= 18 years; 2.The diagnosis complies with the diagnosis of adult MMD in Chinese expert diagnosis and treatment in 2017.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Liver function indicators were severely abnormal, with three times the upper limits of ALT and or AST normality; 2.Severe abnormal renal diseases such as renal failure, nephrotic syndrome, renal insufficiency, nephritis, etc. 3.Merge other system serious abnormal.
