Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. For MAFLD patients, the diagnosis of MAFLD should refer to the relevant standards in the "2020 Asia-Pacific Society of Liver Diseases MAFLD Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines"; 2. Enrollment age >= 18 years old; 3. Sign the informed consent and be able to insist on completing the follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women, women planning to become pregnant and breastfeeding; 2. Combined with alcoholic liver disease, acute viral hepatitis, drug-induced liver injury, autoimmune liver disease and other liver diseases. 3. Patients with serious primary diseases such as heart, brain, kidney, hematopoietic system, and gastrointestinal tract; 4. Other circumstances that the investigator considers unsuitable for inclusion.
