Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Selected patients with type 2 diabetes who were hospitalized in the Department of Endocrinology, Shenzhen Hospital, Southern Medical University from 2022.1 to 2023.12; 2. Aged >= 18 years, the diagnosis is based on the 1999 WHO diagnostic criteria for diabetes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with arrhythmia, moderate to severe heart failure (NYHA class III and IV) and acute coronary syndrome; 2. Recent acute complications of diabetes: diabetic ketoacidosis, lactic acidosis, hyperosmolar coma, etc.; 3. Other causes affecting glucose and lipid metabolism: hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, Cushing's syndrome, hypothalamic and pituitary lesions, long-term use of hormone therapy, etc.; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Acute and chronic infectious diseases or cancer patients; 6. The informed consent form cannot be signed.
