Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Exact imaging (CTA, MRA, DSA) evidence clearly diagnosed as ruptured or unruptured intracranial aneurysm; 2. Patients and their family hospitals participate in this study and can follow long-term follow-up; 3. The patient and his family members signed an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The subject suffers from other intracranial vascular malformations, such as moyamoya disease, AVM, AVF, etc.; 2. Combined with other diseases such as polycystic kidney disease, Marfan syndrome, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome 3. Combined with lung cancer, gastric cancer and other malignant diseases or the expected survival time of the patient is less than 1 year; 4. Pseudoaneurysm; 5. The patient cannot be followed up for a long time
