Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of "Key Points for the Diagnosis of Various Cerebrovascular Diseases" revised by the Fourth National Cerebrovascular Disease Academic Conference of the Chinese Medical Association and confirmed by CT or MRI, the diagnosis is ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke; 2. The first stroke, within 2 weeks to 2 months; 3. Cognitive impairment, Montreal cognitive assessment (MoCA) score <26; 4. The patient is conscious, his vital signs are stable, and his neurological symptoms have not progressed; 5. No severe aphasia and hearing comprehension impairment, can complete special tests for memory and cognition; no mental illness, etc.; 6. Before entering the group, the consent of the patients and their families should be obtained, and the informed consent form should be signed.
