Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20 to 65 years; 2. Imaging showed unilateral lower third femur fracture (group A, AO type 33-A2, A3, B2, C1, C2), proximal tibia fracture (group B, AO type 41-A2, A3) , B1, C1, C2) and distal tibia fractures (group C, AO type A2, A3, B1.3, C1); 3. Primary fracture; 4. The patient has good compliance and accepts the randomly assigned treatment plan and follow-up requirements; 5. Complete clinical and imaging data.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with chronic wasting disease or poor general physical condition. Patients with fractures of the lower third of the femoral shaft, proximal tibia, and distal tibia.
