Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntarily sign the informed consent; 2. Patients older than 18 years old, no gender restrictions; 3. Patients diagnosed with colorectal cancer after standardization; 4. Patients who can check liver and kidney function, blood routine, CT, MRI and other routine tests before enrollment, and can receive regular follow-up after enrollment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from other tumors at the same time; 2. Suffering from uncontrollable systemic disease; 3. Patients with severe hepatic insufficiency (Child-Pugh score C); 4. Large-scale radiotherapy within 4 weeks before randomization or local radiotherapy within 2 weeks; 5. Major surgery, biopsy or severe trauma within 28 days prior to enrollment.
