Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent open or laparoscopic resection of the body and tail of the pancreas or part of the pancreas between December 2021 and June 2023 (including those who underwent splenectomy of the body and tail of the pancreas); 2. The preoperative diagnosis is basically clear, and surgical treatment is feasible; 3. There is no absolute contraindication to surgery; 4. All patients or their families are informed about the risks and benefits of surgery, and sign the informed consent form for surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have a history of cerebral infarction, a history of myocardial infarction, severe insufficiency of liver and kidney, and cardiopulmonary function in the past six months who cannot tolerate surgery; 2. Patients and their families have poor compliance and do not cooperate with treatment; 3. Except for combined gastrointestinal resection.
