Experimental group1:Intermittent retrograde perfusion of the operative lateral cerebral perfusion according to cerebral oxygen monitoring values
Experimental group2:Contralateral retrograde perfusion according to ultrasound monitoring intermittently
Control Group:Selective cerebral perfusion according to clinical routine

60 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged >= 60 years who need total arch replacement surgery; 2. ASA III-IV patients; 3. The patient agrees, and the informed consent form must be signed by the patient or his family.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative/previous history of neurological and psychiatric diseases; 2. Unable to accept cognitive assessment due to language, hearing and vision problems; 3. Severe carotid artery stenosis; 4. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 5. Associated with severe valve disease.
