Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women aged >= 18 years and their offspring ; 2. The ability to understand and cognition is normal, and the ability to express clearly.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women have a history of chronic fatigue or pre-pregnancy depression; 2. Pregnant women with inherited metabolic diseases or chromosomal abnormal diseases; 3. Prenatal screening to screen fetuses with a high risk of chromosomal abnormalities (suspected or confirmed); 4. Pregnant women have chronic diarrhea, active tuberculosis, severe kidney disease or heart disease and other diseases that affect the baby's development.
