Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.BMI >= 32.5; 2.27.5 <= BMI < 32.5, difficult to control after lifestyle changes and medical treatment, and at least 2 metabolic syndrome components, or comorbidities, meet the surgical criteria after comprehensive evaluation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Type 1 diabetes; 2. Poor patient compliance; 3. Severe cardiopulmonary failure, malignant tumor and other serious diseases.
