Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. AKI patients admitted to the ICU of the Fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University; 2. Aged >= 18 years, gender is not limited; 3. Expected stay in ICU >= 24 hours; 4. Voluntarily sign the informed consent and participate in the research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with CKDV stage; 2. IHD or CRRT treatment 1W before admission; 3. The condition worsens, no RRT is performed, and the family members give up the treatment; 4. Patients who are participating in other drugs or clinical studies or who are unwilling to sign informed consent.
