Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 24 years; 2. BMI between 18.5-23.9 kg/m2; 3. At least 5 years of football training experience, VO2max is more than 50 mm/kg/min.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular or metabolic diseases; 2. Smoking and ingesting alcohol; 3. Taking an acid-base buffer within the past 6 months and throughout the study period.
