Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Pathological diagnosis of IgAN; 3. The total number of glomeruli in renal biopsy is >=8 and the total number of sclerosing glomeruli is not >= 3; 4. eGFR (glomerular filtration rate) >= 15ml/min/1.73 m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary IgA nephropathy caused by systemic diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus, IgA vasculitis, tumors, and blood diseases; 2. Combined with other kidney diseases, such as membranous nephropathy; 3. The follow-up data is missing, and the follow-up time is less than 3 months.
