Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for "severe pneumonia"; 2. Aged 18 to 85 years; 3. Gender is not limited; 4. Consciousness and ability of autonomous speech expression; 5. Patients who are receiving oxygen inhalation via nasal cannula, oxygen inhalation mask, high-flow nasal inhalation oxygen or non-invasive ventilator-assisted ventilation; 6.100mmHg < oxygenation index (PaO2/FiO2) < 250mmHg; 7. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign a written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. There are contraindications to prone position ventilation, such as severe intra-abdominal hypertension, multiple trauma with unstable fractures, severe hemodynamic instability, and confirmed venous thromboembolism, and anticoagulation therapy is less than 2 days; 2. Pregnancy status; 3. Patients deemed unsuitable as research subjects by the investigator.
