Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Have lived in the plain area for more than 5 consecutive years, and have no long-term residence history in the plateau area (more than 3 years); 2. Aged 18 to 50 years; 3. Stable weight within the past 3 months, no history of hypertension; 4. Good compliance, able to cooperate with research investigations, comply with standardized nutrition management and sign informed consent; 5. The medication situation was basically stable during the intervention period.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, malignant tumors, liver and kidney diseases, gastrointestinal diseases, endocrine system diseases, infectious diseases or mental disorders; 2. Continuous use of antibiotics within the past 1 month; 3. Allergy to intervention capsules; 4. Failure to continue to complete the intervention study or affect the results of the study due to other reasons; 5. Tibetans.
