Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Full-term singleton primipara who voluntarily receive labor analgesia and are in a fasting state before receiving labor analgesia; 2. 38-41 weeks of pregnancy; 3. Aged > 18 years; 4. ASA I~II grade.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refuse research; 2. Diabetes (increased risk of gastroparesis); 3. Chronic opioid use (causing delayed gastric emptying); 4. History of gastric surgery (abnormal gastric anatomy and function); 5. Severe morbid obesity (body mass index >40 kg/m2, increased intragastric pressure); 6. Planned cesarean section; 7. Hypertension during pregnancy.
