18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who were diagnosed with osteoarthritis of the hip, osteonecrosis of the femoral head (Ficat IIIB or IV), or developmental dysplasia of the hip (Crowe I or II). 2.Patients must have normal quadriceps strength 3.Patients must meet the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) I-III functional status.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with hip ankylosis. 2.Known allergies to the drugs used in this study. 3.Opioid addiction or dependence. 4.Alcohol addiction or dependence. 5.Cognitive impairment. 6.Psychiatric illness. 7.Recognized neuromuscular disorders. 8.Previous open hip surgery 9.Other neuropathic diseases of the hip on the target side 10.An inability to communicate verbally.
