Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Test group: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for shift work sleep disorders in the 2nd edition of the International Classification of Sleep Disorders formulated by the American Sleep Disorders Association in 2005; 2. Female nurses registered in Beijing Anding Hospital; 3. Aged between 18-40 years old, right-handed, with more than 10 years of education; 4. Continuous and regular night shifts for more than 1 year, with =2 night shifts per week. Healthy subjects: 1. Relatively regular sleep in the past 12 months; 2. Aged 18 to 40 years, right-handed, with more than 10 years of education; 3. The situation of falling asleep after 23:00 in the past year is <=3 times/month, and the night shift work in the past year is <=3 times/month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with serious primary diseases such as cardiovascular, hypertension, digestive, hematopoietic system, liver and kidney; 2. Psychiatric patients, allergic constitution, easy to complicate infection and bleeding; 3. Pregnant women, lactating women and menstruating women; 4. Those who cannot understand the cooperation with the examination or have other contraindications to MRI examination such as claustrophobia; 5. Severe cranial anatomical structure asymmetry or other definite lesions are found on MRI scans.
