Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 80 years, male or female; 2. Patients diagnosed with AIS who underwent vascular recanalization; 3. The pre-stroke Rankin Scale (mRS) score is less than 0 to 4; 4. National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score 2-25 before thrombolysis; 5. Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) >= 8 points; 6. The patient or his legal representative agrees to the treatment and signs the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with contraindications to RIPC, such as severe soft tissue injury, fracture, subclavian steal syndrome or upper extremity peripheral vascular disease; patients with a history of atrial fibrillation or ECG suggestive of atrial fibrillation; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. Unwillingness to follow up or poor treatment compliance; 4. Patients who have participated in or have participated in another clinical trial within 3 months of this clinical trial.
