40 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery under elective general anesthesia; 2. Aged 40 to 65 years; 3. ASA I~II grade; 4. BMI18.5-28kg/?; 5. Sign the informed consent form to voluntarily participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. PSQI>7 points, sleep disorder; 2. Suffering from central nervous system diseases; 3. Suffering from mental illness and unable to communicate; 4. Continuous abuse of opioids, benzodiazepines, alcohol and other drugs known to affect sleep structure.
