Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. From December 2019 to December 2021, patients with cholecystolithiasis complicated with acute cholecystitis who were continuously treated in the Department of Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Surgery in our hospital were treated with PTGBD in the first stage, pre-rehabilitation intervention in the outpatient department, and LC patients in the second stage as the research group. 2. Select LC patients diagnosed as cholecystolithiasis complicated with chronic cholecystitis who were consecutively admitted to the hospital during the same period as the control group. The patients in the control group were required to have no history of acute cholecystitis, no history of acute pancreatitis and upper abdominal surgery, and aged > 18 years.
