Eligibility

Age
18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male patients aged >18 years and <75 years; 2. Single urethral stenosis, and the stenosis length is 2-7cm of the penis segment urethra; 3. Has received urethroplasty with tongue mucosa or penile skin flap.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Simultaneously with posterior urethral or bulbar urethral stricture; 2. Completely occlusive penile segmental urethral stricture; 3. Urethral stricture associated with lichen sclerosus; 4. Patients with a history of penile urethral surgery in the past; 5. Patients with neurogenic bladder, urinary incontinence, and previous pelvic radiotherapy.
