Experimental group:After titrating the optimal PEEP, keep the optimal PEEP until the end of the operation
Control group:PEEP was set at 5cmH2O until the end of surgery

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Renal or adrenalectomy in lateral position; 2. Aged >= 18 years; 3. ASA classification I-III; 4. General anesthesia under tracheal intubation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Untreated ischemic heart disease; severe cardiovascular disease; 2. Acute or chronic respiratory failure, severe asthma, bullae, pneumothorax, emphysema, bronchopleural fistula, etc.; 3. Neuromuscular diseases affecting respiratory muscles; 4. Shock or hemodynamic instability; 5. Inhalation of air in the ward before surgery means that the pulse oxygen is lower than 95%.
