18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing thoracoscopic lung surgery; 2. ASA classification I-II; 3. Aged >18 years, body mass index (BMI) 18-28 kg/m^2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who refuse postoperative analgesia; 2. Those who are allergic to experimental drugs, have a history of acute or chronic pain, have been taking analgesics or alcoholism for a long time, and have recently used opioids; 3. Patients with coagulation dysfunction, recent application of anticoagulants, or infection at the puncture site; 4. Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney and other important organ dysfunction; 5. Those with active peptic ulcer or bleeding; 6. Intraoperative conversion to thoracotomy; 7. Patients with speech communication impairment, cognitive impairment and mental illness; 8. Patients are reluctant to participate in the trial.
