Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Emergency patients with multiple injuries admitted to the hospital within 24 hours of injury should be diagnosed by auxiliary examination methods such as imaging; 2. ISS score >= 9 points; 3. B-ultrasound of lower extremity veins should be performed at least once within 1 week of injury; 4. Aged >= 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. No color Doppler ultrasound of lower extremity blood vessels; 2. History of severe liver and kidney insufficiency, malignant tumor, abnormal coagulation function in the past; 3. Patients who had taken oral anticoagulation, antiplatelet drugs and oral contraceptives one week before admission.
