Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly patients undergoing oral and maxillofacial surgery under elective general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Dementia, emergency surgery, bradycardia, sick sinus syndrome, heart block; 2. Liver or renal failure, preoperative ASA grade >= grade III.
