20 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with mixed hemorrhoids undergoing elective PPH+ external hemorrhoidectomy, aged 20-65 years, ASA I-II grade.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has chronic pain, deformity of the spine and pelvis; 2. History of allergy to the drug in this study, bleeding disorders; 3. Severe liver, kidney or heart disease, mental disease; 4. Obesity, apnea distress syndrome; 5. Pregnancy and lactation; 6. Cannot cooperate with VAS score; 7. Combined with other anal diseases such as anal fistula, anal fissure and perianal abscess.
