Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent primary unilateral total hip arthroplasty in West China Hospital of Sichuan University; 2. Demographic data, preoperative examination and postoperative follow-up data are complete; 3. Body mass index is 20-35 kg/m^2; 4. There is no targeted treatment for underlying diseases such as heart, lung, liver, and renal insufficiency before surgery; 5. Patients with no history of renal failure, abnormal liver function, blood system, mental diseases, etc., which may cause abnormal serum albumin and anemia; 6. The preoperative American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification (anesthesia risk assessment) is grade I-III; 7. No history of surgery or infection in the affected hip.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who use EPO, iron, etc. to affect the observation indicators; 2. Patients undergoing emergency surgery; 3. Past history of hip disease or surgery; 4. Patients with hemophilic arthritis and other patients who need special treatment during the perioperative period.
