18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-75 years; 2. Hospitalized patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for diabetes; 3. Meet the diagnostic criteria for DPN in the 2017 Chinese Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes; 4. The blood sugar control is stable for more than 2 weeks under the treatment of hypoglycemic drugs and insulin: FPG<=8mmol/L, 2hPG<=11mmol/L, and glycosylated hemoglobin HbA1c<=8%; 5. Those who can take care of themselves and think normally and can communicate in language; 6. Those who voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent; 7. Patients who have been hospitalized for more than 4 weeks in the Endocrinology Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The integrity of the skin at the site of acupoint selection and pestle is damaged, and there are skin diseases such as dermatitis and allergies, or patients with skin allergies to metals; 2. Ketosis and ketoacidosis; 3. Acute infectious diseases; 4. Varicose veins or edema of the lower extremities; 5. After lower extremity vascular surgery; 6. Combined with serious primary diseases such as heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system and mental diseases; 7. Severe vision loss or blindness; 8. Cancer patients; 9. Pregnant patients.
