Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. The spirit is normal, the consciousness is clear, and the communication is normal; 3. Diagnosed with spinal cord injury by CT or MRI; 4. According to the American Spinal Injury Association's ''International Standard for Neurological Classification of Spinal Cord Injury'' 2011 edition, it is determined that there is sensory and motor dysfunction; 5. Meet the Rome IV diagnostic criteria and the criteria for anorectal disease in the guidelines of the International Gastroenterology Organization, and have neurogenic intestinal dysfunction; 6. The spinal cord shock period is over and the condition is stable; 7. Agree to participate in this research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe heart, lung, liver and renal insufficiency; 2. Patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 3. Patients with anal and rectal stenosis, anal fissure, perianal abscess, rectal prolapse, severe hemorrhoids and other perianal diseases; 4. Patients with active inflammatory bowel disease, acute diverticulitis, ischemic colitis, within 4 weeks after endoscopic polypectomy, known stenosis of colorectal cancer, and use of sacral nerve stimulation implants; 5. Patients with congenital spinal cord injury, such as spina bifida, cerebral palsy, coccygeal hypoplasia, etc., and patients with progressive spinal cord injury, such as multiple sclerosis, active malignant tumors, etc.; 6. Select enterostomy and other surgical methods to treat patients with intestinal dysfunction; 7. Those who have serious quality-related complications during treatment and must terminate the intervention; 8. Patients who gave up this study halfway.
