Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The age is greater than or equal to 65 years old, and the gender is not limited; 2. ASA grades I-III, qualified through anesthesia outpatient assessment, and signed informed consent before surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe dehydration and electrolyte imbalance; 2. A history of preexisting mental or mental illness; 3. The risk of reflux aspiration is high; 4. Intestinal obstruction; 5. Difficulty in communication; 6. Alcohol or drug abuse; 7. Evidence of severe cardiovascular, renal, blood or liver disease; 8. Subject refuses to participate in this study.
