Colorectal cancer

Interventions

Intervention group:For 8 weeks - online health education information push twice a week, and for 4 weeks - behavior consolidation reminder once a week.
Control group:Normal care, including admission and discharge health guidance.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathologically diagnosed with colon cancer or rectal cancer; 2. Are receiving tumor system therapy, including chemotherapy, radiotherapy, targeted therapy, and immunotherapy; 3. Body mass index BMI>=24.0 kg/m^2; 4. Aged >= 18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The tumor stage is stage IV; 2. Combined with other primary malignant tumors; 3. Combined with other serious organic diseases; 4. Those with language or written communication impairments; 5. Cognitive or intellectual disabilities.
