12 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. nih- Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Index (CPSI) >= 15, the largest cyst diameter >= 30mm. 2. Combination of hemospermia, seminal vesicle infection, calculi, recurrent epididymitis, vas deferens obstruction and/or ejaculatory duct. 3. Combined male infertility, hydronephrosis and/or colorectal obstruction. 4. Failure of conservative treatment or recurrence after aspiration under the guidance of TRUS.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The main data is insufficient. 2. Seminal vesicle diverticulum. 3. Unilateral renal hypoplasia (Zinner syndrome). 4. Preoperative evaluation to exclude malignant cysts. 5. Primary seminal vesicle adenocarcinoma. 6. Combined non-cystic infertility. 7. Mullerian duct cyst. 8. Conversion to open surgery.
