Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants aged 18-30 years, voluntarily participated in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who take drugs that will affect muscle mass or muscle strength performance. 2. Participate in moderate-intensity exercise for more than two hours per week. 3. Those who have stroke, severe heart disease, diabetes, neuromuscular disease, so that they cannot participate in physical activities. 4. Those with visual impairment. 5. Those with arrhythmia, equipped with a cardiac rhythm regulator, or with severe cardiovascular disease. 6. Patients with a history of acupuncture and moxibustion in the past 4 weeks. 7. Those who have implanted artificial joints in the past six months and have undergone recent surgery. 8. Migraine, acute thrombosis and hernia. 9. Those who have engaged in strenuous exercise or have muscle soreness within 24 hours before the experiment. 10. Those who are unwell due to other reasons during the experiment. 11. Obese persons with BMI>27 and subjects weighing more than 90 kg.
