18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who choose elective thoracotomy for cardiac surgery, no gender limit; 2. ASA I-III grade, aged 18-65 years; 3. The BMI index is between 18 and 30kg/m^2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient cannot communicate normally due to mental abnormality, intellectual disability or congenital defect; 2. Liver and kidney failure; 3. Allergy to ropivacaine; 4. The history of previous surgery in the distribution area of the transverse thoracic muscle leads to restricted diffusion of ropivacaine; 5. Emergency surgery; 6. Reoperation during hospitalization; 7. Drug addiction, etc. lead to drug addiction; 8. TTMP block puncture site infection; 9. Patients who cannot perform TTMP block due to deformity of the chest.
