Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntarily participate in this research, fully understand and know this research and sign the informed consent; 2. Patients with primary non-small cell lung cancer with clear cytology or histological pathology; 3. Aged 18-80 (inclusive) years; 4. ECOG performance status score is 0-1; 5. Patients receiving immunotherapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with autoimmune diseases; 2. Patients with second primary tumor; 3. Patients who take laxatives, immunosuppressants, probiotics and other treatments for a long time; 4. Patients with digestive system diseases; 5. Patients who are positive for hepatitis B virus, hepatitis C virus, HIV and syphilis.
