Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy; 2. Aged 40-80 years; 3. Postoperative urinary incontinence <= 1 year; 4. Sign the informed consent form and voluntarily participate in the research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who underwent cystostomy or urethral sphincter reconstruction after surgery; 2. Indwelling catheterization and urinary tract infections; 3. Urinary incontinence caused by neurological or endocrine factors, such as neurogenic bladder; 4. Combined with serious primary diseases, such as liver, kidney, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, blood system diseases, etc.; 5. Those with cognitive impairment who cannot understand pelvic floor muscle function exercise; 6. Install a pacemaker, metal allergy or severe fear of electroacupuncture.
