Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for cross-sectional studies: (1) According to the clinical diagnosis and staging criteria of nasopharyngeal carcinoma of the Radiation Oncology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, the pathological examination was diagnosed as nasopharyngeal carcinoma; (2) Radiotherapy is completed; (3) Aged >= 18 years; (4) Clear consciousness and able to communicate normally; (5) Regular outpatient review (every 1-3 months in the first year, and every 2-6 months in the second year), with complete clinical data and follow-up data. 2. Inclusion criteria for prospective studies: (1) According to the clinical diagnosis and staging criteria of nasopharyngeal carcinoma of the Radiation Oncology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, the diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma was confirmed by pathological examination; (2) Aged >= 18 years; (3) Newly diagnosed patients who received radiotherapy from January 1, 2022 to March 1, 2022; (4) Clear consciousness and able to communicate normally; (5) Agree to participate in this research and sign the informed consent form on the basis of fully understanding the purpose, significance and process of this research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other types of malignant tumors; 2. Those who have undergone open surgery or endoscopic surgery.
