18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with malignant tumors who intend to undergo high-intensity focused ultrasound therapy under general anesthesia; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grades I-III; 3. Clear consciousness, independent cognitive ability, normal communication and understanding ability; 4. No previous history of mental disorders; 5. Patients who gave informed consent to this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Past history of esketamine allergy, alcohol or other drug abuse history; 2. History of taking antipsychotics for any reason; 3. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 4. Patients with severe risk of elevated blood pressure or intracranial pressure; 5. Patients with poorly controlled or untreated hypertension; 6. Untreated or insufficiently treated patients with hyperthyroidism; 7. Patients with adverse cardiovascular events within six months, including unstable angina, myocardial infarction, and heart failure; 8. Patients with high intraocular pressure or penetrating ocular trauma.
