30 Years to 55 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 30-55 years (up to the date of screening); 2. ACPAs positive/ACR RA score 6 points/ACPAs negative; 3. No past history of rheumatic diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, etc.; 4. Never used disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drugs (DMARDs, including biological agents); 5. Never used glucocorticoids; 6. Those who have not participated in any drug trials within 3 months before enrollment; 7. Understand the whole process of observational research, voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant patients, patients planning to become pregnant or breastfeeding; 2. Those with a history of chronic diarrhea or peptic ulcer in the past 1 year; 3. Patients with mental disorders, history of alcoholism, drug or other substance abusers; 4. Joint symptoms are caused by other known causes (including but not limited to osteoarthritis, gout, infection, etc.); 5. Patients with malignant tumor; 6. Those who are allergic or contraindicated to the test drug; 7. There are various other conditions that the investigators believe cannot be included in this clinical trial.
