18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with positive urease test or histological examination or 13C urea breath test during gastroscopy, which are determined to be patients with Hp infection; 2. Aged 18 to 75 years; 3. Have not received anti-Hp treatment; 4. Currently not participating in other research projects; 5. Agree to participate in this research project and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have used antibiotics, bismuth or PPI in the past two weeks, and have a history of allergy to metronidazole and tetracyclines; 2. Have used non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs within the last 4 weeks; 3. Patients with vertigo-related diseases such as vertigo and otolithiasis; 4. Severe heart, lung, brain, kidney, blood system, endocrine system; 5. History of gastrointestinal surgery; 6. Pregnant and lactating patients; 7. Suffering from malignant tumor or other chronic diseases; 8. Suffering from mental illness, including depression, anxiety, etc.; 9. Can not cooperate with the subject research.
