Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The initial root canal treatment; 2. Teeth with restorative value; 3. Informed consent for participation in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with systemic diseases, immune deficiencies or taking drugs; 2. Under the age of 18; 3. There is no fully developed root, and the apical foramen is open or the root is resorbed; 4. Teeth with periodontal disease (periodontal probing depth greater than 4mm).
